Events during Lent

Lent is a time of penance, reflection and prayer as we contemplate the sacrifice of Christ in the solitude and without for 40 days.

Lent is an important time, where we gather our thoughts for the coming of Easter celebrations and the resurrection of Christ following his suffering through the Passion.

To help you grow in your own faith journey this Lent, there are a number of events  taking place to help you prepare.

The Religious & Spiritual Bookshop at Knock Shrine also have a range of engaging and enriching reading material devoted to Lent and Easter.
