You will need to bring a printed copy of your online ticket and present it at the entrance to the Basilica before the start of the Mass. We strongly advise that you wear a face covering to protect yourself and others.
Please note tickets are only for the members of the Household that they were booked for and are not transferable to other persons / Households. Children are very welcome. However movement around the chapels during mass will not be possible due to the physical distancing requirements, and children must be with and supervised by an adult(s) at all times. A separate ticket will have to be registered for each child, including those arriving in buggies. We regret that a child cannot remain in their buggy during mass and must sit beside their parents in their designated seats. The buggy, unoccupied, can be placed at the end of each row of seats in the aisle.
There is a designated number of seats at each Mass for wheelchair users. Wheelchair users must register online in advance. You can do so by selecting the appropriate ticket type. This registration also includes a carer. Please note that if you are a wheelchair user attending without a carer, you must still book a wheelchair ticket for two persons.
Communion will be available and the celebrating Priest will advise at each Mass how to receive the Holy Sacrament.
You may do so at the outdoor candelabra beside the Parish Church. Physical distancing/queuing measures will be in place. Indoor candelabras will not be operational.

Unfortunately, you must present a ticket at the point of entry. We will not be able to facilitate those without tickets.
