Knock Counselling Centre has launched a new weekend helpline service available by phone to those in need during the COVID-19 Crisis.

The service is available to people who are struggling with any range of emotional issues including loneliness, feelings of isolation, anxiety, sadness, fear or despair. Please don’t struggle alone, it helps to talk, and we are here to listen to your concerns.

Counselling is a talking therapy. Any person can avail of the opportunity to attend to emotional or psychological problems in a supportive and confidential therapeutic environment. We welcome people of all and/or no religious beliefs.

A range of self-help resources are available from the Bookshop at Knock Shrine. Find out more…
