Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs can be requested at St. John’s Rest & Day Care Centre for use throughout the grounds.

Shuttle Service

Please note that due to COVID 19 restrictions, the shuttle service is unavailable until further notice.

There is also a free shuttle service operating throughout the Shrine grounds everyday throughout the pilgrimage season which can be requested at any of the buildings, just ask a member of staff. The shuttle can transport pilgrims around the grounds to the various churches, museum & cafe, confessional chapel and other points of interest.

Mobility Services

Knock Basilica has an area of seating at the front of each chapel for those using wheelchairs. Disabled toilets are available within the Shrine grounds in the main public toilets, at Knock Museum, St John Rest & Care Centre and in the Basilica.
