evangelisers who are dejected, discouraged, impatient or anxious, but from
ministers of the Gospel whose lives glow with fervour, who have first received
the joy of Christ (EG 10).
Alvaro Grammatica is a Catholic priest belonging to the community of
Koinonia John the Baptist. A Doctor in Sacred Theology, he has dedicated
himself to the promotion of the new evangelisation, through the formation of
evangelisers. From 2006 to 2019, he served as the Pastor General of
Koinonia John the Baptist worldwide. Currently, he is Pastor of the
motherhouse of the community in Camparmò, Valli del Pasubio, Italy.
