Spending time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, guided by prayer and music, is a quiet yet powerful encounter with His real presence. In the stillness, prayer becomes a conversation of the heart—sometimes through words or song and sometimes in silent adoration. As we sit before Him, we are gently drawn into His peace, our burdens lightened, our hearts opened, and our faith renewed. It is a sacred pause in which we simply rest in His love, listen, and let Him lead us deeper into His grace.

The keynote address will be delivered by Fr Conor McDonough OP , a Dominican friar, currently engaged in doctoral research at the University of Galway.
After studies in science and theology, he worked as a teacher, before entering the Order of Preachers in 2009. He teaches theology at the Dominican studium in Dublin’s north inner city, and has a particular passion for telling the story of Irish Christianity in all its richness.
Fr Conor McDonough OP will dive into the theme of the day — Dare to Hope. He will explore how we can hold onto hope even when life feels challenging, and how to live with purpose, courage, and faith in a world that often feels uncertain.
Elation Ministries will provide the backdrop for the day through vibrant music, praise, and worship. This passionate group is dedicated to sharing the Good News through song, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. True to their name, Elation serves with energy, enthusiasm, and a deep desire to inspire faith through music
