No. The concert is free of charge attendance is on a first come first served basis.

 

No. Attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Our ushers will welcome you and show you to the best available seats upon arrival.

 

Every effort will be made to offer seats together for groups attending however this is dependent on availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

Children are very welcome. However, movement around the chapels during the concert will not be possible and children must be supervised by an adult(s) at all times. 

You do not need to reserve a seat for wheelchair users. There are a designated number of seats at the front of each chapel for wheelchair users and those attending with them. Our ushers will show you to your seats upon arrival.

Yes. Public toilets at the Shrine will be open, including a designated disabled toilet in the Basilica.

Doors open at 6pm. It is recommended that you arrive at this time in order to be seated.

The concert begins at 7pm sharp. Unfortunately, we cannot admit latecomers.
