Many will be familiar with the ‘Quiet Days for Busy People’ retreats which began last spring and ran throughout the year. The retreats will be running again this year and are being organised as a part of a wider series of faith based events taking place at the Shrine over the coming months. The Quiet Days provide a quiet space away from the demands of busy life and time for focusing on yourself. It is a great opportunity to take time out for yourself to nourish your soul and discover new life in the heart of the Gospels, through Guided Meditation and quiet reflection. Take the opportunity of a one to one conversation with a Prayer Guide in order to gain a deeper awareness of who you are in God’s presence.
