Requesting Your Mass Enrolments

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Mass enrolment can be posted to the delivery address that you include with your request. The ‘Requested By’ space will be left blank, to be filled by yourself.

Your Mass enrolment can be posted directly to your chosen recipient. A separate order must be completed for each recipient.  Please specify the delivery address with your request. The enrolment will be signed as having been requested by the person whose name appears on the billing details, unless you specify otherwise in the ‘Add note’ field provided.



If you wish to send Mass enrolments to more than one mailing address, please complete an individual order for each address.

Mass enrolments can be posted worldwide. Please see postage rates here.

When your request has been received by us, you will receive an email to confirm that it is being processed. Please check your ‘junk/spam’ folder for emails.

When your request has been completed for postage, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your ‘junk/spam’ folder in your emails.

Please try using a different browser on your device. We recommend that you use Google Chrome.

We endeavour to complete your Mass enrolment requests within 2 working days, for all requests received from Monday to Friday.  Requests received at the weekend will be completed on the next working day.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for receipt of your Mass enrolment, once your request is completed by us.


All Mass enrolments are posted by standard mail service via  An Post.


Important Information regarding mail to certain locations – United Kingdom, USA, Brazil and Switzerland

Effective from 1st March 2022, new regulations have come into effect which have had an impact on post / mail services to the following countries: USA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil & Turkey. As a result, there may be some delays in delivery times to these locations.

Notice for Mass enrolments only: Postage collection by An Post for the above countries occurs weekly, normally on Wednesday of each week.

If you require a Mass enrolment urgently, you  may like to avail of the Mass enrolment with no card or a digital enrolment as an alternative option. Find out more.

Individual, announced Mass intentions can only be facilitated for the month’s minds and anniversaries of deceased Knock parishioners.
