with Brendan O’Regan
Step out of the rush and into a space of stillness, story and shared reflection. Lights, Camera, Contemplation is an immersive workshop that explores spiritual and religious themes through the power of film—using thoughtfully selected feature films and evocative short clips.
Together, we’ll watch and listen deeply, letting images, silence and story speak to both heart and mind. Gentle conversation will follow, offering space to share insights, questions and moments of recognition. There will also be time for prayer and quiet reflection, with no expectation to have answers, just openness and curiosity.
Whether you love film, enjoy reflective practice or are simply curious about how faith and meaning can emerge on screen, this weekend retreat offers a welcoming and thoughtful experience.
