Knock Shrine with Consul General NY

Some of the team from Knock Shrine along with Cathaoirleach of Mayo County Council, Al McDonnell and a group of pilgrims from Knock were invited to a private event
in the Irish Consulate for an official welcome of the Knock to NY Pilgrimage.

Fr Richard Gibbons presented the Consul General Barbara Jones with a stunning custom made Medallion representing the Apparition at Knock Shrine. Cathaoirleach Al McDonnell presented a scarf from the Foxford Woollen Mills. 

On Saturday 13th May a Requiem Mass will be held at for the reinterment of the remains of John Curry, the youngest witness to the Knock Apparition of 1879. The Mass will be held at The Basilica of St Patrick’s Old Cathedral, 263 Mulberry Street, New York at 11am. All are welcome to attend this Mass. Early arrival is advisable.
