Re-Engage In Your Community



CONNECTIONS is a FREE, 4-week programme run by Knock Counselling Centre supporting people to help ease the transition from post lockdown to re-engaging in their community.

The programme helps people re-connect in an informal setting and to emerge stronger and more resilient with a toolkit to help them make positive steps in their personal
lives. The programme will cover themes like:


  • How lockdown affected me
  • Changes I want to make
  • My thinking patterns
  • Thoughts, feelings and actions
  • Communication
  • Stress Reduction Techniques


Beginning Tuesday 18th April from 5.30pm – 7pm at Knock Counselling Centre on the Grounds of Knock Shrine, F12 NT98
