Counselling Centre Autumn Courses

Autumn courses will take place throughout September & October at the Counselling Centre, Knock Shrine. The courses on on Emotional Well-Being and Anger Management will run over a number of weeks throughout the Autumn/Winter. Read on for more information and how to book!

Emotional Well-Being

Don’t miss this great opportunity to focus on yourself and look at your emotional well-being! Learn how to deal with your emotions and stress in a healthy and effective way.

‘Emotional Well-Being’ will run over 5-weeks commencing on September 27th. It will be facilitated by Lisa-Anne Campbell, Counsellor and Psychotherapist. Each evening will start at 7pm and conclude at 8.30pm. Over five weeks, participants will explore how to recognise their feelings and deal with stress. They will also learn how to manage change more effectively. They will learn to find their best selves, acknowledge their hearts desires start living more fulfilling and authentic lives. Cost €50. Anger Management – Are you Losing Control?

This is a continuation of the successful Anger Management courses which have run over the past number of years and facilitated by Peter Devers. Learn how to reduce your stress levels and deal with your anger in a healthy and effective way.

This is a 6-week course commencing on October 6th and is facilitated by Peter Devers, Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
The course will take place on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and conclude at 8.30pm. Over the six weeks, this programme will teach participants how to express their anger in a healthy way. The course offers cutting edge techniques in reducing stress levels. More information here..

The Counselling Centre at Knock is located adjacent to the Chapel of Reconcilation (Confessional Chapel). Parking is available in the North Car Park. On-street parking and disabled spots are also available.
