For many, the Christmas season can feel overwhelming. The Longest Night offers a gentle, contemplative space for anyone who may be finding this time of year difficult. Held in the serene atmosphere of the Apparition Chapel, this quiet service provides solace, connection and a moment of calm amid the bustle of Christmas.

Follow the Star – A Magical Nativity Journey

Sunday, 21 December from 5:30pm–7:00pm
Sensory-friendly session from 4:30pm–5:30pm

Bring the whole family to experience the Christmas story like never before. Wander the illuminated Creation Walk, guided by shimmering stars, and meet shepherds, wise men, and the Holy Family along the way. Children will delight in festive crafts, cosy storytelling in Knock Museum theatre, and heart-warming Christmas music. Warm up with hot drinks and festive crêpes as you soak in the atmosphere of this enchanting evening.

Carols by Candlelight

Featuring Schola Cantorum Basilica, Knock Youth Choir, the Con Tempo String Quartet, guest musicians and Mark Keane, this uplifting evening blends cherished favourites with timeless Christmas classics in the awe-inspiring setting of the Basilica.
