Uncontrolled anger can grow, intensify, and damage relationships—with partners, children, colleagues, and even strangers. Many of us react before we think, leading to consequences we later regret. This programme helps you understand what triggers your anger and teaches you how to manage it effectively—before it harms those you care about.
This in-depth, intensive anger management course—offered in partnership with the Irish Association of Anger Management (IaAM)—is open to all adults looking to:
Understand the roots of their anger
Safely express and transform anger
Learn practical, science-backed tools for lifelong anger management
You’ll explore the link between childhood trauma and present-day anger, and learn to recognise and respond to your emotional triggers through self-awareness and proven techniques.
