Vigil for Life – Friday 4 May

The first 2018 public mini vigil at Knock Shrine will be held this Friday 4th May.

We are delighted to welcome guest speaker Caroline Simons, solicitor and legal consultant to the Pro Life Campaign.  

This Vigil will be dedicated to prayer for the preservation of the 8th Amendment and to provide an opportunity to reflect on and celebrate the precious gift of life. The vigil will begin at 8pm with confessions, rosary, holy hour and Mass at 11pm in the Basilica.

Mini Vigils are an important part of the programme of ceremonies at Knock Shrine, taking places on the first Friday of each month from May – December. See the full list of Vigil dates for 2018 here;  Vigils 2018
