Discover The Retreat Village

Come away to a quiet place

We invite you to discover why Knock Shrine is the perfect place to gently step away from the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. Here, time slows down. The atmosphere softens. And you’re given the space to reconnect—with yourself, with others and with something deeper.

Personal, Self Directed Retreats

There are moments in life when something within us longs to step aside from the noise…to rest, to pray, to simply be.

At Knock Shrine, we now offer the opportunity for personal, self-directed retreat stays in the simple and peaceful surroundings of the Retreat Village. These stays are gently held but lightly structured, offering you space to shape your own rhythm of prayer and rest. Whether you come seeking stillness, healing, or a deeper awareness of God’s presence in your life, this is a place where you can begin… or begin again.

What is offered

  • A simple, comfortable private space within The Retreat Village
  • The freedom to shape your own retreat rhythm
  • Access to the sacred spaces and liturgies of Knock Shrine
  • Optional guidance or conversation, if desired
  • A quiet, welcoming environment held in prayer

A gentle rhythm
There is no programme to follow, only an invitation: to walk the grounds, to sit in silence, to linger with scripture, to rest. You may wish to join the daily life of the Shrine… or simply remain in stillness. Both are welcome.

Price: €70.00 per night to includes single occupancy and  continental breakfast
